On April 24, 2026, the Fifth Members’ Congress and the First Session of the Fifth Council of the Hebei Provincial Anti-Corrosion and Thermal Insulation Industry Association were held in Shijiazhuang. Following the successful completion of all agenda items, the meeting was duly concluded. In strict accordance with the Association’s Articles of Association and Election Procedures, and guided by the principles of fairness, impartiality, and transparency, the election for the leadership of the Fifth Council was conducted. Through secret ballot by all attending delegates, Mr. Zhang Yingwu, Chairman of Jizhou Zhongyi Composite Materials Co., Ltd., was unanimously elected as the President of the Fifth Council of the Hebei Provincial Anti-Corrosion and Thermal Insulation Industry Association. This outcome reflects the high level of recognition and full confidence that all member units have in Chairman Zhang Yingwu’s personal capabilities, his influence within the industry, and the significant contributions made by Jizhou Zhongyi Composite Materials Co., Ltd. to the sector.
Chairman Zhang Yingwu has devoted many years to the fields of corrosion protection, thermal insulation, and composite materials, consistently upholding the guiding principles of “integrity in business, innovation-driven development, deep industry engagement, and value creation for the sector.” Under his leadership, Jizhou Zhongyi Composite Materials Co., Ltd. has achieved steady growth. Founded in 1986, the company has, over four decades under Chairman Zhang’s stewardship, focused on the research, development, production, and application of composite materials. Upon his election as president, Chairman Zhang Yingwu delivered an inaugural address. He stated that assuming the role of president of the association’s fifth board is not only an honor but also a weighty responsibility. Moving forward, he will faithfully discharge his duties, work diligently and conscientiously, and lead the fifth board in upholding the association’s mission, grounding its work in the realities of industry development, listening to the voices of members, articulating their concerns, safeguarding their rights and interests, and building effective communication bridges between the government and enterprises as well as among enterprises themselves. The focus will be on the overarching goal of high-quality industry development, guiding all member organizations to strengthen technological innovation, enhance product quality, and standardize business practices, thereby driving the anti-corrosion and thermal insulation industry in Hebei Province toward greener, smarter, and more standardized operations. This effort will help the province’s anti-corrosion and thermal insulation sector achieve higher-quality growth and make a greater contribution to regional economic development and industry advancement.
